He started his first agency at the age of 17. He operated by the seat of his pants for years. He wore 'anyone can be my client' as a badge of honor. He had the fancy downtown Denver office and a team of 14 people. He was drowning, though. The agency was project to project. Never had a consistent lead flow. Underpriced projects. Project never stayed on timeline or budget.

He found himself at Starbucks unable to afford a Venti black coffee, and knew it was time for help.

He hired mentors. Got professional help. Used proven processes to attract high-quality clients, win high-value clients, and build the agency to 85% recurring revenue.

He later sold that agency. Since then, he's grown several agencies of his other agencies to 6 and 7 figures.

He started UGURUS over 10 years ago to help struggling agency owners achieve freedom in their businesses and life.
